Trim gets prepped the same as walls — nail holes filled, edges sanded, gaps caulked, bare wood primed. Then finish coats.
I handle everything from simple ranch trim to more detailed colonial profiles. Trim-only jobs are fine too — if your walls are good but the trim looks rough, a fresh coat of white makes a big difference.
